Refund Policy

For tour reservations cancelled by the individual traveler, refunds will be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions statement regarding Cancellation Fees.

For tour reservations cancelled by the Tour Leader (usually the person who arranges and accompanies the tour), refunds will be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions statement regarding Cancellation Fees, with the following exceptions:

  • Travelers who have registered for the tour will be given a credit for the non-refundable registration fee, to be applied to a future tour.
  • Other monies may be refunded, as available, depending on the timing of the cancellation and whether actual expenses have been incurred.
  • In the case that actual monies have been spent on airfare or hotel reservations, etc., the amount refunded, if any, will be in proportion to the amount paid by the traveler and the amount that is available from revenues collected for that tour after expenses.

For tour reservations cancelled by actions of the Israeli or United States governments, by natural disasters, by a decision of Yosher Tours, or by changes made by airline companies, tour bus operators, or hotel providers without providing alternative accommodations that attain or exceed the value of the initial accommodations, refunds will be provided as follows:

  • In the case that actual monies have been spent on airfare or hotel reservations, etc., the amount refunded, will be in proportion to the amount paid by the traveler and the amount that is available from revenues collected for that tour after expenses and after any reimbursements made to Yosher Tours for expended funds.
  • If no other expenses have been incurred by Yosher Tours on behalf of the tour, other than normal operating expenses of Yosher Tours personnel, a full refund will be provided to the travelers for all monies paid, including the registration fee, or credit will be given toward a future tour, at the discretion of the traveler.

Travelers are encouraged to obtain travel insurance in order to avoid penalties that may accrue in the event of illness, death, or other unforeseen emergencies experienced by the traveler prior to or during the tour.

It is not the intent of Yosher Tours to penalize travelers for decisions made out of their control, and we recognize the importance of repeat and future business and the value of a good reputation.
